Rates for counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) are often covered in full or part, by many extended health plans. A receipt can be provided following our session together that you can submit directly to your provider. I am also registered with Crime Victims Assistance Program and can accept CVAP as a portion of my rate.

Payment methods

Accepted payment types are Visa, Mastercard, or E-transfer. I currently can not accept debit card payments or cheques. I am able to accept exact cash payments in person, but cannot provide change.

Insurance Coverage

Counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) is covered by many extended health insurance plans such as Sun Life or Manulife. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your coverage details.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that I require a 48-hour notice of cancellation whenever possible. For sessions cancelled between 24 and 48 hours prior to your appointment, half of the session fee will be charged. For missed appointments, or less than 24 hrs notice, the full amount will be charged.
